We tried all the teas on the menu (all were lovely) and the staff was very kind to us (we even got a complimentary tea). Tho, I’ve tried it before outside of London, this particular branch was a standout choice. Qais served me with the BEST Salted Caramel Frappe and the overall environment was stunning. "recently visited Black Coffee Shop and had a really lovely experience. We ordered waffles and a pistachio latte, and everything was delicious. The waffles were fresh, warm, and perfectly made, and the pistachio latte was smooth, rich, and full of flavour — definitely something I would recommend trying. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. The café has a great vibe that matches the area perfectly. It feels welcoming, relaxed, and stylish at the same time, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy your drink. Even though we went around 9 o’clock, the service was still excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable without rushing us. I also loved how clean and well-organised the place was. You can tell that care is taken in both the presentation and customer service. Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit, and I would happily come back again. Black Coffee Shop is a great spot for good coffee, tasty food, and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!"
